Installing Your eSIM

After your purchase, you'll receive an email with a QR code and manual installation details.

Installation on iPhone (iOS 16+)

1. Go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM
2. Tap Use QR Code
3. Scan the QR code from your purchase confirmation email
4. Tap Continue and wait for the eSIM to activate
5. Label your new plan (e.g., "Travel Data")
6. Choose whether to use it as your default line

Installation on Android

1. Go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs
2. Tap Add or + button
3. Select Download a SIM instead?
4. Scan the QR code from your purchase confirmation email
5. Tap Confirm and wait for the download to complete
6. Enable the new eSIM profile

Manual Installation

If QR scanning doesn't work, you can enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code manually. These details are included in your confirmation email.

Tips

• Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi during installation

• Don't remove the eSIM profile until your data plan expires

• You can install the eSIM before your trip and activate it later
