Getting connected with eSimHero is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Check Device Compatibility

Before purchasing, make sure your device supports eSIM technology. Most modern smartphones released after 2018 support eSIM, including iPhone XS and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, and Samsung Galaxy S20 and later.

2. Choose Your Plan

3. Purchase and Install

After purchasing, you'll receive a QR code via email. Simply scan it with your phone's camera to install the eSIM profile.

4. Activate Before or During Travel

You can install your eSIM before you travel and activate it when you arrive at your destination. Data starts counting from the moment you first connect to a network.
