How to Apply a Discount Code

1. Choose your eSIM plan and proceed to checkout
2. Enter your discount code in the promo code field
3. The discount will be applied and your updated total will be shown
4. Complete your purchase as normal

Discount Code Rules

• Each discount code gives a percentage off your order (e.g., 10% off, 20% off)

• You can use one discount code per order — codes are not stackable with other codes

• Each code can only be used once per account — if you've used a code before, it won't work again

• Some codes have an expiry date — they won't work after that date

• Some codes have a usage limit — once all uses are claimed, the code is fully redeemed

Can I Combine a Discount Code with a Bulk Discount?

Yes! Discount codes and quantity discounts (bulk pricing) work together. The quantity discount is applied first, and then your promo code discount is applied to the remaining amount. This means you get the best of both.

What If My Code Isn't Working?

If you see an error when entering your code, it could be because:

• The code has expired

• The code has been fully redeemed (all uses claimed)

• You've already used this code on a previous order

• There's a typo — discount codes are case-sensitive

Refunds and Discount Codes

If you refund all eSIMs from an order that used a discount code, the code is restored and can be used again.
