How your eSimHero wallet works, how to add funds, and how your balance is used.
Your eSimHero Wallet
Your wallet is a prepaid balance stored on your eSimHero account. It's the fastest way to buy eSIMs — skip PayPal and check out in one click.
How to Top Up
- Log in to your eSimHero account
- Go to your Dashboard or Billing page
- Choose a top-up amount
- Complete payment via PayPal
We offer four fixed top-up amounts:
- $5.00 (or equivalent in GBP/EUR)
- $10.00
- $25.00
- $50.00
Wallet Currency
Your wallet is set to a single currency when it's first created. This matches the currency you're using at the time of your first top-up or wallet credit. Once set, your wallet currency stays the same — all future top-ups and purchases will use that currency.
How Your Balance Is Used
When you buy an eSIM using your wallet:
- The full amount is deducted instantly
- If the eSIM can't be provisioned for any reason, your wallet is automatically refunded
- No partial payments — your wallet must have enough balance to cover the full order
Wallet Credits
Your wallet also receives credits in certain situations:
- Refunds — When you refund a wallet-purchased eSIM, the amount goes back to your wallet
- Admin credits — Our support team can add credits to your wallet if needed
Checking Your Balance
Your wallet balance is visible on your dashboard. Every transaction is recorded — you can see a full history of top-ups, purchases, and refunds at any time.
