How to Pay for Your eSIM

Payment Methods

We offer two ways to pay for your eSIM plan — choose whichever is most convenient for you.

PayPal

PayPal is our primary payment gateway. When you check out with PayPal, you can pay using:

• Your PayPal balance

• A linked bank account

• A linked credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, and others supported through PayPal)

You'll be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment securely. We never see or store your card details.

Wallet Balance

If you've topped up your eSimHero wallet, you can pay for plans instantly using your balance — no redirects, no extra steps. This is the fastest way to checkout.

When you pay with your wallet, the amount is deducted immediately and your eSIM is provisioned right away.

Guest Checkout

You don't need an account to buy an eSIM. Simply enter your email address at checkout and pay via PayPal. Your QR code and installation details will be sent to the email you provide.

Currencies

We support three currencies: USD, GBP, and EUR. Your default currency is based on your language — English defaults to USD, and other languages default to EUR. You can change your preferred currency at any time.

Order Limits

You can purchase up to 10 eSIMs per order. Each eSIM in your order gets its own QR code and activation details.
