Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If things don't go as planned, here's how refunds work.

When You Can Get a Refund

You can request a refund for an eSIM as long as all of the following are true:

  • The eSIM has not been activated (never connected to a network)
  • The eSIM is not in use and has not been fully used up
  • The eSIM has not been installed on a device (not downloaded, installed, or enabled)

In short: if you haven't touched the eSIM, you can get a full refund.

When You Cannot Get a Refund

Refunds are not available if:

  • The eSIM has been activated (connected to a network, even briefly)
  • The eSIM is currently in use or has been used up
  • The eSIM has been downloaded or installed on a device
  • The eSIM has already been refunded or cancelled

We don't offer partial refunds for partially used data. Once an eSIM is activated, the data plan is considered consumed.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your eSimHero account
  2. Go to My eSIMs
  3. Find the eSIM you'd like to refund
  4. Click Request Refund

The refund is processed immediately — no waiting period, no support tickets.

Where Does the Refund Go?

This depends on how you originally paid:

  • Paid with PayPal — Your refund is sent back to PayPal. It will appear in your PayPal account.
  • Paid with wallet balance — Your refund is credited back to your eSimHero wallet instantly.

Multi-eSIM Orders

If you bought multiple eSIMs in one order, each eSIM is refunded individually. You don't have to refund the whole order — just the eSIMs you don't need. The refund amount for each eSIM is calculated as an equal share of the total order price.

Discount Codes and Refunds

If you used a discount code on your order and all eSIMs are refunded, the discount code is restored — you'll be able to use it again on a future order.
