  3. Check eSIM is enabled: Go to your cellular settings and make sure the eSIM line is turned on
  4. Verify data roaming: Ensure data roaming is enabled for your eSIM line

Advanced Troubleshooting

  1. Network selection: Try manually selecting a network operator instead of automatic
  2. APN settings: Reset your APN settings to default or check our recommended settings
  3. Check coverage: Verify that your plan covers the country you're currently in
