Managing Your Account
Profile Settings
- Log in and go to your account dashboard
- Update your name, email, and password
- Manage notification preferences
- View and download purchase receipts
Order History
Your order history shows all past purchases, including:
- Plan details and data allowance
- QR codes for reinstallation (if needed)
- Usage statistics
- Expiry dates
Security
- Enable two-factor authentication for extra security
- Review recent login activity
- Change your password regularly
- Never share your account credentials
Deleting Your Account
If you wish to delete your account, please contact our support team. Note that:
- All unused eSIMs will be deactivated
- Order history will be permanently deleted
- This action cannot be undone
